My dad got the the DVD yesterday, as promised. ;D
I can't say how much I love this film. It is SCREAM-OUT-LOUD awesome...and is oficially my fave live-action movie.
Absoloutely LOVE the songs. "Witch Doctor" and "How We Roll" are my favourites - but all the songs are amazing. The "Christmas Don't Be Late" remix is...wow. XD just LOVE it. Love them all!
And it's awesome how the boys are so well in character after all these years! And not to mention the voices suit them so well. Of course, Alvin is still my No. 1. The effects and mix of animation and reality is so well done, and makes you really wish you could have a talking, singing chipmunk as a pet. XD
And if you can be bothered to watch the credits; it lists all the famous chipmunk CD's - even the Chipmunk Adventure soundtrack is shown! ^_^ It's really wonderful Ross and Janice are still keeping the squeaky legends alive. ^_^

Yeah, this was an awesome movie. Justin Long, Matthew Gray(I forget his last name) and Jesse McCartney. Did a pretty good job at Alvin, Simon, and Theodore. I didn't really like Ian though. I wanted to punch him as hard as I could after what he did to poor little Theodore.

Jesse was so cute as Theo! I loved it! It was such an awesome film. I wanted to do the same, theawesomestone. Can you blame the poor tyke for having a nightmare. I don't suppose Theo would do the same to Ian. I loved it. There, I said it again XD. My first time watching was ruined because we went to my mums friends house to watch. Her little boy kept doing really stupid and bad immitations of the chipmunks (they are better actors) and her husband was talking to everyone and complaining about the chipmunks voice AND he was laughing really loud. It was annoying but could absolutely NOT stop me from luvvin it ^^

That moive ish AWESHOME ^____^
I like how they made the graphics real good!
The songs and voices, were amazing! I have seen it, again on Sunday, cuz it was on my "Moive Cable." I didn't really like Ian or Dave's ex-girlfriend, Clarie. But, I really liked, Dave's song in the beginning... it had feeling... That movie deserves 48324 stars. Lol. Tehehe <3

I got it too, a good DVD with the history featurette. But not the "Hitting the Harmony" music featurette, I didn't get that. Anyone got it? As for the film, beautiful too. Well, I do remember original fans criticize for not playing the Chipmunks' roles correctly. Overall, storyline is a bit ok. Hopefully 2010's sequel will arrive soon, can't wait to see how the Chipettes look like in their film look.
